Edwin A. Lombard III 
CEO of Edwin Lombard Management, LLC has more than twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur. Edwin is from Los Angeles, California where he was the business manager for many entertainers. Edwin was an active member of the Los Angeles chapter of the NAACP and the Urban League. His firm, D'Lom Professional Management, twice served as the official ballot counters for the NAACP Image Awards. His many years of community involvement helped develop the relationships so vital to the success of ELM, LLC.
Over the past decade Edwin served as the fundraiser and consultant for many politicians, political groups, and non-profit organizations. Since 2006, he served on the board of directors for the California Black Chamber of Commerce Foundation. More recently, Edwin is a consultant advocating for minority small businesses specializing in strategic outreach and public policy.
 
 
Glenda Lombard 
President of Events by Glenda, a subsidiary of,
Edwin Lombard Management, LLC.
For over 28 years, Glenda has owned and operated three successful businesses. Glenda's unique creative expression and added personal touch is what contributes to that success. Her talent and professionalism shows in her work. For Glenda it's not just about performing a job it's about creating relationships and experiences. She has touched many people throughout her various careers with her professional and personal approach.
 
It all started with Glenda's first project. She saw a 1,200 square foot commercial site as a blank canvas where she designed a full business plan and the interior landscape for one of Orange County finest salons. She owned and operated this location for over 10 years, with an expansion of her second location within 5 years.
 
From creations to design, Glenda's ability to customize something that will fit the ideas and make up of each client and event and turn it into something very special and memorable has led her to her true success. Glenda's impressions truly last a lifetime. 
 
 
Edwin Lombard Management, LLC 
is comprised of two divisions.
 
The Consulting Division
managed by Edwin it's function is to develop community outreach, organize minority business leaders, grass root and grass top organizations to execute a planned strategy, designed to achieve our clients goals. We engage proven minority outreach and coalition building strategies to accomplished these goals. Our relationship with Latino and Asian communities organizers, form an extremely powerful and successful minority majority.
 
We advocate for the rights of minority small businesses owners throughout the state of California and across the United States. We will continue to be out front on issues that affect how we do business.
         
                
The Fundraising & Events Division
 
managed by Glenda Lombard which includes political and non-profit fundraising and coordination of events of all sizes. Established in 2001, ELM, LLC's fundraising division has coordinated events throughout the state of California for;
