at St. Regis, Dana Point

Honoring Chairman Mervyn Dymally

The two day event focused on supporting new candidates and existing African American Members Running in the 2008 Election.

This was the first year at St. Regis.

For the pass 7 years this event was held at the "Bacara Resort & Spa" in Santa Barbara.

Edwin Lombard Management, LLC. coordinated the first event in 2001 through 2008. During this time the Legislative Black Caucus was under the leadershipof Charimen; Assemblymember Jerome Horton, Senator Kevin Murray and Assemblymember Merv Dymally.
